CANCELLATION POLICY
A 24-hour notice is required to cancel a session. No charge will be applied if the cancellation is made with at least 24 hours' notice. If a session is canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, or if you fail to attend a scheduled session, you will be charged for that session.
Couple Cancellation Policy:
For sessions booked as a couple, if one individual cancels but the other still attends, the session will be charged as a couple's session regardless of attendance. This policy ensures that the reserved time and resources are adequately compensated.
Postponement Policy
A 24-hour notice is required to postpone a session. If you request to postpone with less than 24 hours' notice and I am able to reschedule it within the same week, no charge will be applied. However, if rescheduling is not possible, the session will be charged in full.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
If you arrive late for a scheduled session, it will still end at the originally scheduled time. If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, I will not be able to give you the session and it will be charged in full.
HEALTH AND MEDICAL INFORMATION POLICY
To ensure safe and effective training sessions, it is crucial that you provide accurate health and medical information. This information allows me to customize workouts to your specific needs and goals and to avoid any exercises that could be risky given your health conditions.
Should any issues arise from your failure to disclose relevant medical information about yourself, I cannot be held responsible.
Be assured that any health and medical information you share will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. It will only be used to design your workouts and monitor your progress. This information will not be shared with any third parties without your explicit consent.
EXPIRATION & Refund POLICY
Purchased sessions, as well as all other services, are valid for 3 months.
(An extra month will be added in cases of childbirth, valid force majeure, or the death of an immediate family member such as a parent or sibling)
Once paid for, sessions, as well as all other services, are non-refundable and non-transferable.
