During technique sessions, I do not train you through a full workout. Instead, we focus on reviewing and learning how to properly perform specific exercises. The goal is to help you train more effectively and safely on your own.
Technique sessions are ideal for beginners who want to master the basics and for experienced athletes who want to improve their form and technique.
By the end of these sessions, you should be able to perform the exercises covered on your own with proper form and control.
Sessions can be done face to face or via Zoom.
Each session lasts 1 hour.
