During technique sessions, I don't train you. Instead, we review a number of exercises and learn how to perform them properly so you can train effectively on your own.
Technique sessions can be taken by beginners aiming to master the basics or by experienced athletes looking to refine their techniques.
At the end of these technique sessions, you should be able to perform the exercises learned on your own in a proper and safe manner.
These sessions can be conducted face to face or via Zoom.
