TECHNIQUE SESSIONS

Difference between technique sessions and regular sessions

During technique sessions, I don’t train you through a full workout. Instead, we focus on learning how to properly perform specific exercises. The goal is to help you train more effectively and safely on your own. 

Who are they for?

Technique sessions are ideal for beginners who want to master the basics and for experienced athletes who want to refine their form and technique 

Outcomes

By the end of these sessions, you’ll be able to perform the covered exercises confidently with proper form and control 

Platform

Sessions can be done in person or via Zoom.
All face-to-face slots are fully booked for 2025. 

Session duration

 Each session lasts one hour. 

Cost

$50 per person
$60 per couple
