This Masterclass is structured to adapt to your individual pace and needs.
The first part is theoretical and takes around 2 to 4 hours. You’ll explore advanced training concepts and techniques.
The second part is practical and self-paced, typically taking 1 to 2 weeks depending on how much guidance you need while applying what you’ve learned.
Throughout the practical part, I’ll support you when needed you via WhatsApp, phone calls, or Zoom.
The Masterclass is delivered live on Zoom and costs $220.
