By the end of this Masterclass, you’ll be able to design a more advanced workout plan tailored to your specific goals.
You should complete the Program design Masterclass before enrolling in this one.
This Masterclass is structured to adapt to your individual pace and needs.
The first part is theoretical and takes around 2-4 hours, covering advanced training concepts and techniques.
The second part is practical. You’ll apply what you’ve learned by optimizing your own workout plan. This part is self-paced and depends on how much support you need.
Throughout the practical section, I’ll guide you via WhatsApp, phone calls, or Zoom when needed to make sure you’re applying everything correctly.
The Masterclass is delivered live on Zoom and costs $300 per person
If taken as a couple, the total cost is $500 for both.
