About

This Masterclass is designed to teach you how to build your own workout plan in a simple and effective way.
We’ll cover all the basics, including how often to train, how to choose exercises, and how many sets and reps to perform.

Outcomes

 By the end, you’ll feel confident creating a basic workout that matches your goals and fits your lifestyle. 

Prerequisite

To take this course, you should already know how to perform the exercises on your own.
I recommend taking the  Anatomy and Exercise Masterclass  (optional but highly encouraged). 

Duration

This Masterclass is divided into two parts to help you get the most out of it.


The first part is theoretical and takes around 2-4 hours. You’ll learn key concepts like training frequency, sets, reps, rest time, and more.


The second part is practical. You’ll apply what you’ve learned by building your own workout plan. This part is self-paced and depends on how much support you need.


Throughout the practical section, I’ll guide you via WhatsApp, phone calls, or Zoom when needed to make sure you’re applying everything correctly

Cost

The Masterclass is delivered live on Zoom and costs $220 per person
If taken as a couple, the total cost is $340 for both.
