This Masterclass is divided into two parts to help you get the most out of it.
The first part is theoretical and takes between 2 to 4 hours. You'll learn key concepts like training frequency, sets, reps, rest time, and more.
The second part is practical. You’ll apply what you’ve learned by building your own workout plan. This part is self-paced and depends on how much support you need.
Throughout the practical section, I’ll guide you via WhatsApp, phone calls, or Zoom when needed to make sure you're applying everything correctly.
